Insured with General Liability and Workers Compensation coverage, will provide certificate upon payment of deposit. Not responsible for specifications, design, plans, engineering, permits or code compliance but we can refer to engineers.  Prepayment is required.  If we're not available, we will refer you to another contractor!

We are a licensed North Carolina General Contractor.  We'll provide credentials together with your quote or proposal.  Please keep in mind, although we are a licensed NC GC, these services are not offered with professional advice, we are not responsible for design, engineering, permits or code compliance but we can refer to engineers.  

We hold General Liability and Workers Compensation coverage.  We'll provide Certificate of Insurance upon your deposit.

How much deposit is required?    

To begin, submit a quote request. If available, we'll provide the quote. If you approve and wish to proceed, 100% prepayment is required before scheduling the assignment, with electronic payments only. Remote quotes via email are free of charge. In case we can't complete the assignment, you'll receive an automatic refund, as required by law. If we can't proceed after providing the quote and receiving the deposit, you'll receive a refund including what you paid plus $500.

Outside Referrals: We value your time and, with your permission, may refer your request to an unaffiliated contractor. You'll work with them directly, and our guarantee doesn't apply. Please verify their license, insurance, references, and experience before proceeding.

We offer grading and excavating services, do you hire subcontractors?

YES! Please submit message above with details about your company, scheduling and pay requirements, insurance and licensing information (if any).

Are services and work quality guaranteed?    

We offer top quality excavating and grading services. We provide a crew as requested by customer and we quote,with basic, intermediate or experienced skills, who will perform according to their level of skill.  Customer required to determine experience level and number of days required to complete work, or for a prepaid non-refundable fee we can send out an estimator. Work at the direction of the client. If client feels our services are no longer needed, no refunds. If we show up with functional equipment and number of crew requested, our fees are fully earned during first day. 

*How does your $100 guarantee work?

If we can't start the job after quoting and receiving a deposit, we'll refund your payment plus $100. Excludes delays due to equipment breakdown, material/supply issues, weather, pollution, theft, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, explosions, acts of nature, pandemic, doctor-certified illness, code/law violations, rescheduling with 24-hour notice, or outside referrals.
